According to this right, the manufacturer or owner must deliver correct and relevant information to consumers about the products.

3. Right to choose:

According to the right to choose, each and every customer has the right to choose the goods or services according to their choice and requirement. The right to choose is actually a guarantee of capacity, availability and access to a variety of products and services at a reasonable or fair price. The manufacturer or owner or supplier or retailer cannot force the consumer to buy a particular brand only. The consumer can freely choose the highest quality product that best suits his interests and budget.

4. Right to be heard or right to representation:

The Right to be heard or Right to Representation allows a consumer to represent him/her before any person. In other words, consumers can complain against the dishonest manufacturer, owner, company, brand, etc. and a consumer complaint redress forum must consider your problem under this right.

5. Right to request straightening:

Under the right to seek straightening, the consumer has the right to seek straightening or obtain compensation for the suspected manufacturer’s unfair trade practices. 6. Right to Consumer Education:

According to the Right to Consumer Education, the consumer acquires knowledge about consumer rights. An informed client knows the importance and the correct use of his rights. In fact, they can take action against anyone they are being misled by.
