Yes, that was me. I’m the guilty. Guilty for eating all the delicious things I like to eat. I usually eat the delicious reeds when I am hungry. I usually eat the things I like when I’m not hungry. And he was gaining weight. Hey, I work hard for my business! My job involves enough physical movement! However, he was gaining weight alarmingly.

Think that you are working hard. At lunchtime, you feel a little hungry. Can you deny a pizza at that time? How can you deny a delicious, juicy and cheesy Big Mac? I don’t, I can’t. In fact, I was the one to blame for waiting for launch so I could grab a large Big Mac with fries, drink, and all the adorable items that come with it. I was the one who used to think about juicy fried chicken many times at my work before lunch time. The thought of all the other delicious meals made me hungry long before lunchtime!

I am not ashamed to deny that I like to eat and I love to eat. And I love eating the things that health conscious people used to call junk food. I’m also not ashamed to admit that I made several attempts to stop eating those foods, but failed. Which is the reason? Simple, I failed because I do not want to give up the pleasure of eating everything I like.

But today? Believe me or not. These days, I don’t eat all that junk food. And normal daily physical movement has started to shape my overweight physique. However, how did I stop? Well, I don’t feel like eating like I used to. I stumbled upon a solution that worked perfectly for me. After starting to use this anti aperitif I don’t feel like eating. At least I don’t like it all the time in the past. I don’t even like to think of food like in the past!
