Is there really food for the brain? If you eat those instant and processed foods, all you’re getting is salt, oil, and preservatives, which are definitely not good for you, and certainly don’t help your brain function.

Keeping your body in good health and your brain functioning above average requires knowing exactly what kinds of foods to eat and the right kinds of supplements to take.
