Quality of Education and Recruiters

Posted by admin

I studied engineering at Shivaji University, which is now a renowned university, but when I was a child, engineering students at this university were ridiculed for their lack of knowledge and skills. In general, the headhunter recruitment process places overwhelming emphasis on the final interview that decides the fortunes of a new candidate. This was unfair to the candidates from smaller towns as their English was not up to scratch and despite being fluent engineers and qualifying through rigorous tests, they were turned down at the interview. This thinking of recruiters to select the best among equals was clearly flawed. I agree that when the candidates are almost equal in their qualifications, knowledge and skills, there must be some criteria for selecting a candidate, right? Proper speaking skills are needed even for engineering jobs, but my English speaking skills that decide my chances of getting an engineering job are really ridiculous. Now that I’ve become a writer, my chances will be really good, right? It’s a joke!

Similar flawed procedures that exist in various fields need to be corrected for various citations. There are many types of jobs in general like government jobs, private jobs, and jobs in charity etc. All of these jobs will have different requirements, facilities offered, and remuneration. But no one says this on any show that I know of. Why isn’t it officially hinted to the students that they will be dealing with this environment and that they need to know about it? The reality is that they find out, but this inclusion in my curriculum makes it a quality education for me, especially when you are opting for professional careers.

Education cannot be only practical or theoretical when a student enters school at a young age. It has to be such that all students have an equal opportunity to understand, interpret and most importantly execute what they have learned. It has to be fun and disciplined in its approach. The person giving this education should be a personality that children would like to be with. We already have a lot of stress in our lives and it needs to be reduced. So, start with the new generation. Teach them the importance of getting fresh air first. Then, if necessary, they will learn about technology. It’s all here, no need to despair of learning and using it.

Remember that there are a lot of great career opportunities out there now, like professional sports, art, event management, even farming, and whatnot. So parents preparing for their children’s education need to calm down a bit. It is the child who gets the education and not you. People often talk about days gone by and wish they would come back. Do you wonder why? Mechanization has slowly but surely slowed down the importance of developing human qualities. Remember that several options should be available to the child when he is around 15 years old. That’s when he’ll realize what he’d like to do with her future. So education must have supported you in such a way that you know all the options at that time. Well, at least reasonably. A pointless emphasis on formal education induces stress and boredom in the minds of young people after a while.

I know that probably some businessman will open an event management course and earn even more money. Why doesn’t the government do it with taxpayer money? That is a good investment. The pursuit of a world-class education is not possible for everyone. The Indian education system has to primarily develop curricula that will eventually be useful for the Indian environment. Find new employment opportunities especially in the agricultural sector and develop students with information at the university level. Homeschooling is also different and sort of an “old is gold” concept. Vocational trade schools, online education, etc. are some of the different modes of education available, which is great.

I was in Australia for a while. A job on a subway like Adelaide probably paid me around A$15 an hour. If I went to a smaller town like Naracoorte the same job would give me AUD 17. Why? They are trying to move the huge influx of job seekers from the cities to smaller towns where they could earn more money and live a peaceful life. It is a situation where both win. More money, less expenses, all the facilities and a long peaceful life. City dwellers, don’t they want that? You got to be kidding! Anyway, the point is that such smart government initiatives make alternative lifestyles more attractive by the time you finish school. Therefore, these updates should be made officially available to students during professional courses. That is quality education. Not how many hours I spent at the desk. Why should a person be required to work 12 hours a day unless there is some serious problem with my work system? Now, if a student is from such a university/organization that goes to all this trouble, I will give him preference as a recruiter. Opinions definitely solicited!!
