How to grow taller with stretching exercises (preliminary)

1. The easiest of all is to stretch and twist the body to the limit. Before getting up in the morning, stretch your body as much as possible. Stretching your arms, legs, and body will awaken all your muscles and take pressure off your spine.

2. Rotation of the head. Sit on top of your bed and try to touch your chin as close to your chest as possible. Perform a slow head rotation going as far as possible to the left, back, right, and then back to your starting position. Do this a few times, and then go in the opposite direction. This will help loosen the neck joints.

3. Another simple exercise that you can do before getting out of bed is the 60 second airborne bike ride. To do this, raise your bottom, straighten your legs, get some balance, and then do a pedaling motion with your legs in the air.
